Where can I change my Email Address?

If you have a new email address, you can change it by going to:

  1. MySHOE
  2. Edit Profile
  3. About me

Change your email address and save your settings. You will now receive an email from us asking you to confirm this new address.

Important: You need to confirm this email within 24 hours. If you don't confirm within that time, we assume that you have entered an incorrect address and will therefore delete your profile.
