How do I report abuse?

SHOE encourages all users to utilize the "Report Abuse" links when they find abusive users or content. Ususally, you will find a "Report" link on every Profile or below the piece of content.

Selecting this link takes you to a form where you can specify the type of abuse and make a detailed report. SHOE investigates these reports and makes a determination as to whether or not the content should remain on the site. All abuse reports on SHOE are confidential.

When you report abuse you have the following options:

• Report abuse and add the user to my blacklist
• Report only the abuse to the SHOE-team. Do not add user to my blacklist
• Only add user to my blacklist. Do not report abuse to the SHOE-team

Please, do report a user or an inappropriate content even if you are unsure. We will look into this and only take appropriate steps if we feel it's necessary. And.. very important: The user will not find out, who has reporter her.
