Step 2: How to answer a question
When a user is contacting you about a question, you will get notified through the message center. The message will be from NEKA - Subject Line will be: -- IMPORTANT -- SHOE Guru Enquiry
Open the message and click on the link included and you will be taken to the SHOE Guru Ticketing System.
