How can I change or cancel the notifications

Currently these are the notifications we have and how to edit them:

Mailinglist / Classifieds

All classified ads and SHOE General Talk (local) may be sent over the mailinglist. You may subscribe to all categories or only those that tickle your fancy in your area and your language.

If you do not wish to receive those emails, please go to

1. MySHOE
2. Manage Profile
3. Settings
4. Mailinglist
5. Subscribe to Mailinglist
6. Click NO and save

Forum

In the forum you can subcribe to particular threads that interest you. If you do not wish to receive any notifications from the forum posts, please go to

1. 1. MySHOE
   2. Manage Profile
   3. Settings
   4. Privacy
   5. Deactivate Forum Notifications and save

Buddy Aktivitäten

We inform you what your SHOE Buddies are up to. By default you are subscribed to all activities of this user. For instance: Photo Uploads, new Blogs... At this moment it is not possible to cancel all notifications in general. We are working on this.

However you have the option to cancel the subscriptions one by one. Go to

2. Overview
3. My Subscriptions (second tab next to My Stats)
4. Click on the feature and then on cancel subscription

Personal Messages / Notifications

If another member is sending you a personal message or a guestbook entry, you will be automatically notified about this.

• If you are online, we will send you the notification directly into your message center

• If you are offline, we will send you once a day an email with all messages and notifications
