I am a 31 yo gal from the Midwest. I am in the middle of a divorce, and don't have a lot of people in my life aside from family to talk to. I am a homebody, not shy but prefer solitude. However, I do enjoy conversation. It has been awhile since I have connected with anyone on an intellectual level and I am missing it. Not to say idle conversation isn't important to me as well. I spend most of my time at work and home; working on my house, playing with my dogs, reading, watching tv/movies. I enjoy nature, travel, learning new things, meeting new people. My interests and likes are vast. I like eccentricity in folk. I don't want to be surrounded only by people who are like me. The world is a big place and I know I will never be able to travel the world and meet people I would like to, or experience cultures, ideas, and ways of thinking, etc. So, I am hoping to find some of that here.

Fresh of a relationship that lasted 6 years, I really could use a few friends to talk to, maybe about the ordeal, and get some advice on how to carry on.

Just looking for someone to chat with,whether it be in person or on here. Love movies of all kinds,reading,out-doors and ANIMALS!
