SHOE Guru Guide - Step 6: Users can say Thank You
It is our goal, to lend a helping hand as soon as anyone is asking for help in SHOElalalaland. It is our 
goal for the SHOE Gurus to point them in the right direction, make them feel safe and welcome in SHOE.
Step 6: Users can say Thank You
In our SHOE Guru system, the user you have helped, has now 3 options:
1) Reply to you with another question and/or further questions
2) Close the ticket and say thank you to you by clicking the appropriate thank you button
3) Close the ticket - without saying thank you
So it's always good to encourage your newbie to make sure she says Thank You. Every Thank You counts!
